"Changes for the Doggie Boot Camps" - please read!
Starting in 2009 we will have the Doggie Boot Camps once per month on the 3rd Sunday of each month except June and September! Scroll down to see the 2009 schedule. I am currently looking for feed back as to what time would work the best for people wanting to attend with there doggies!
Please Tell us Would you like to see the Boot Camps in the Morning or afternoons???????
As of August 25, 2008, the Doggie Boot Camps will no longer be"free" . We now require a $10 donation - per dog - which will help pay for supplies & travel costs related to the Boot Camps. Is your dog more of a nuisance than a beloved family member? I teach responsible dog ownership, obedience and proper socialization of dogs to prevent aggressive dog behavior. The main purpose of the boot camp is to teach you how to properly walk your dog so he or she does not pull on the leash. I will talk a little bit about dog psychology and the importance of understanding your dog to avoid behavior problems in the future.Where are the Boot Camps held?
Boot Camps are held at local businesses & venues in the Southern/Central NH & Northern MA area, through the Spring & Summer months (April through September). Currently we have hosting sites in Derry NH, Concord NH, and Carlisle MA.
Boot Camps are weather-permitting. We will not have them if the temperature is above 80' with high humidity, or if it rains. If it is over 80' but the humidity is relatively low, we will be there. If you are unsure of the weather because you’re not in the immediate area, please call us on Sunday morning at 603-432-3715. We will tell you if we will be there or not!
Who can attend?
The Doggie Boot Camps are available to anyone who would like to participate for a small contribution of $10 per dog. Each dog you bring must have a person/owner to partner with.
Any and ALL Dogs are Welcome
Any Breed
Any Age - At least 4 months old
Any Temperament
How do I sign up?
Please send us an email from our contact page if you would like to be added to the doggie boot camp email list which goes out the Wednesday before the boot camp or if you prefer, call us at 603-432-3715 for information on upcoming scheduled locations.
Class sizes are limited, so please call or email ahead of time and let us know if you will be attending the Doggie Boot Camp.
What do I need to bring?
All dogs must be on a leash! Any leash will do as long as it’s not a retractable. If you do not have a leash, you can buy one from me on the day of the Boot Camp. I sell 15' leashes for $10 and Collars for $8
Please bring a correction collar (aka "choke collar") if you have one. If you do not have one, you may purchase one from me on the day of the Boot Camp. If you buy your own beforehand, I recommend getting a Titan collar, as they are very good quality (I know Pets Plus in Londonderry carries this brand). Please note that the correction collar is a very important element of the training your dog will receive during the boot camp.
Please bring water for your dog.
Please bring bags to pick up after your dog (just incase)! It is imperative that we leave each area the way it was before we used it, so that we are welcome back every time we wish to have a Doggie Boot Camp.

Your Donation of $10 to the doggie boot camp fund will help us continue the boot camps for those who could use the assistance to make their doggie a better pet. Please pass this information along to a friend who might be interested as well!
Thank You!
